Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training (Accredited)

This course prepares you to earn the Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credential, a qualification recognised by international bodies such as the American Society for Quality. It is built around the DMAIC framework — Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control — and walks you through each phase with tools that include process mapping, root‑cause analysis, and basic statistics. You will learn how to collect and interpret data, identify where waste hides in a process, and apply improvements that hold over time.

The syllabus moves from an overview of Six Sigma and the organisation through the Define phase, then the Measure phase, the Analyze phase, the Improve phase and finally the Control phase. A bonus section caps the programme. Each module ties the theory to a real‑world improvement project, so you can practice the methods as you study.

By the end you will be able to lead a medium‑complex improvement project using DMAIC, produce a project charter, create a control plan, and present results using basic charts and statistics. The course also gives you 26 PMI PDUs/PDCs/CPDs, which count toward project‑management certification requirements.

This course is best suited for professionals who already understand basic process concepts and want to move into a formal improvement role. Learners who are new to Six Sigma may find the White Belt or Yellow Belt courses a gentler entry point. If you are aiming for a Black Belt credential, the Black Belt course covers advanced statistical tools and full‑scale project leadership. All three alternatives carry the same English‑language, self‑paced format and offer a certificate upon completion.
